My brother-in-law recently loaned me The Stand by Stephen King. It’s the extended version so a bit longer than I’d like (1141 pages…whew!) but I’m halfway through and loving it. The book did get me thinking though – what are my favorite Stephen King books? So I came up with a list of the top 10 Stephen King books, ranked, because obviously if I loved it, you’ll love it too. I’ve been waiting for Max Brooks to release another thriller and I was so psyched when I saw he was releasing a book this summer (so psyched it was one of Feyble’s most anticipated books of summer). When I read that the book was about Bigfoot, I was really disappointed. My hopes were so high and to know that this book was going to be about Bigfoot?! Really?! When has there ever been a good book about Bigfoot?!
When I heard that Mexican Gothic was being released this summer I couldn’t wait. In fact, it was one of Feyble’s most anticipated books of summer (for other anticipated reads, click here). And then I saw the cover and I’m pretty sure I drooled a little bit.

If you don’t know me, you at least know I love to read. My love for books is literally laid out for all the world to see on this website. One thing that isn’t so obvious is my love of travel.
Okay, you’ve got to love the classic young adult dystopian trope. Think the Hunger Games or Divergent series – extremely popular books that really forged the young adult dystopian theme (both really good too if you haven’t tried them out yet). I’m into it so I decided to pick up the Shatter Me series by Tahereh Mafi.

Please tell me you have Kindle Unlimited because if you don’t you are obviously spending too much for books. You have Netflix, don’t you? Hulu maybe? Well Kindle Unlimited is practically the same thing but for books.
In 2019, I had a crazy idea – read 100 books in a year. People all over the world undertake the 100 book challenge and I was finally ready to be one of them.

In the Garden of Beasts, The Devil in the White City, and Dead Wake are some of my favorite nonfiction books by Erik Larson. The way he compiles letters, notes, and documents to create a cohesive story is incredible. You forget you’re reading a nonfiction book and get so invested in these real life characters.
